I prepared all –purpose tuna spread every week for me. It is the beat way to include tuna into my diet daily. This spread is really all purpose and I use it every day with my sandwich and wraps.

My all purpose tuna spread is one of them; it is a high protein spread that can be made and store in the fridge for a week. Spread it over a whole wheat bread, tortillas or pizza base and prepare your healthy meal in no time. Make your own tuna spread and enjoy all the goodness of tuna.

Ingredients
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 tbsp Spices, parsley, dried
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Squeeze out the tuna from the can.
- Drain out all the extra liquid from tuna
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove from the blender and store in air-tight container.
- This can be store for a week.
- Spread a generous amount of tuna spread on your whole wheat bread or wraps.
