Ingredients
- 1 cup Coffee, brewed from grounds, prepared with tap water
- 2 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 2 tbsp Cream Caramel
Instructions
- Add 8 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of brewed coffee into a mixer
- Then add 2 tbsp of caramel creamer
- Then add 2 scoops of Whey protein powder – chocolate flavor
