Ingredients
- 1.02 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 1.02 small Onions, raw
- 1.02 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 450 gram Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1.02 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 3 tbsp Spices, chili powder
- 1.02 cup cup rinsed solids Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned, drained solids, rinsed in tap water
- 225 gram Tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
- 1.02 dash Salt, table
- 1.02 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Take a frying pan and spray some oil in it
- Add crumble turkey, onions, and turkey and cook it fully
- Add remaining ingredients
- Take a lid and place it over the pot
- Allow the ingredients to cook for at least half an hour
- Take a plate and serve the dish hot
