- Servings: 2

A honey, soy and ginger marinade is a wonderful option for grilling, and when it combines with tofu then the outcome is really delicious. Golden tofu glazed with honey and ginger is a refreshing break from regular chicken and fish. The sweet and savory seasoning works well with tofu, and the pan fry golden color of tofu looks stunning.

Ingredients
- 2 package Vitasoy USA Azumaya, Extra Firm Tofu
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Cut the tofu in big slices (one inch think), and pat dry to remove excess liquid. Really push down on it with some paper towels to get as much moisture out as you can. This will help them get crispy.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing honey, ginger, olive oil and soy sauce.
- Dip the tofu pieces in the marinade and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non stick pan and add some oil, add tofu pieces, preserve the remaining marinade for later.
- Cook the tofu on each side until golden brown. This will take around 4 minutes per side.
- Serve on a salad bed and drizzle the reserve marinade over it.
- If you want you can sprinkle on some roasted sesame seeds but this will increase the carb content!
