Ingredients
- 5 unit Multi grain rice, cooked
- 2 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 1 stalk, medium Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 1 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
Instructions
- Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging
- Slice the chicken and roast in a pan till all sides are golden brown
- Slice the bell pepper and quickly roast in the pan with the chicken
- Boil the broccoli for a few minutes in some water with a pinch of salt
- Let it all cool down and then mix in a large bowl
- Eat at home or take with you to work, maybe add some soy sauce or hot sauce for some extra flavour
