Smoked chicken chicory salad [Bulkbites.com]

I am totally obsessed with smoked chicken, so this is the perfect recipe for me. It is stuffed with protein and the carbs from the whole wheat pasta will get me trough any training session. The original recipe also contains red bell pepper and bacon stripes, so you can give that a try when it fits your macros.

Ingredients
- 5 unit Smoked chicken breast
- 6 cup Chicory, witloof, raw
- 1 large Apples, raw, with skin
- 2 oz Raisins, seedless
- 2 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 0.2 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 4 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente
- Slice the chicory and wash
- Add some of the lemon juice to keep the chicory from turning brown
- Peal the apple and dice, dice the smoked chicken
- Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, pepper, salt and honey
- Mix everything together and enjoy!
