Ingredients
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 1.52 tbsp Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added
- 1.52 cup Beans, french, mature seeds, raw
- 2 serving 1/2 cup CAMPBELL'S Red and White, Beef Broth, condensed
- 1.52 serving Syrup apple
- 2.52 cup chopped Carrots, raw
- 1.32 lb Beef, chuck for stew, separable lean and fat, choice, raw
- 5 gram Spices, bay leaf
Instructions
- Cut the meat, rub with salt and pepper and cover the pieces with apple syrup and mustard
- Heat up the butter in a skillet, and add the rubbed in meat, onion, broth and bayleaf
- Let it simmer softly for 2-3 hours
- After 2 hours add the carrot and the french beans
- Add some pepper and salt to tast
- Add some flour if the sauce is to watery
