I combine lots of vegetables, nuts and spices for making this healthy salad for myself. This is nutritious, healthy and fiber-rich that is required for a clean bowel movement. Add salads in your diets to get adequate amount of vitamins and mineral for body. Nuts and salad dressing would provide you good fat that is necessary for digestion of protein. And it is very easy to make just grab the ingredients and cut and toss them with seasoning. The recipe is very flexible you can add any ingredients that you find in your refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Carrots, raw
- 1 cup, sliced Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
- 1 sprout Brussels sprouts, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 gram Almond Nut
- 1 cup arils Pomegranates, raw
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 cup, in shell, edible yield Nuts, walnuts, english
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Wash and chop all the vegetables.
- Crush the walnuts.
- Prepare the salad dressing by adding lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- In a big bowl add vegetables, almond, walnuts, sprouts and pomegranate seeds, toss them
- Drizzle salad dressing and mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning and garnish with pomegranates seeds.
