This is a hard core muscle building recipe; I use turkey sausage and whole wheat pasta for this. You can use chicken sausages or any other style of pasta according to your preferences. A wholesome meal for a bodybuilder, have it either for lunch or dinner. This meal is high in protein and carbohydrates, easy to make and a satisfying recipe. If pasta is what you love then this recipe is for you. Try this; it hardly takes 10 to 15 in cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 serving Turkey sausage, fresh, cooked
- 1 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 cup SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cubic inch Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions.
- Cut the sausage in small bit size pieces.
- In a large sauce pan add half of vegetable broth and sausage bring it to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Spray some olive oil into the same pan and saute onion and garlic.
- Add some vegetable broth and vegetables, cook for 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked pasta and sausage, mix well.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper, stir well and cook until cheese mix with pasta and vegetables.
- Sausage and pasta stew is ready to serve.
