There is some nice amount of chicken on this one, which makes for great protein. The wraps are relatively low in carbs and the quark makes it nice and moist. The avocado has a lot of monounsaturated fats and helps your body to absorb the nutrients in your food more easily. Has a really good taste!

Ingredients
- 1.8 unit Whole Wheat Wraps
- 2 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 1 100g Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 unit Quark Traditional
Instructions
- Roast or bake the chicken with some chicken spices of your preference (I prefer the more salty ones)
- Cut the veggies
- Put the wraps in the microwave (or follow the instructions on the package)
- First spread some quark on the wraps then add the rest of the goodness
