Baked Salmon In Banana Leaf [Bulkbites.com]

One of my Indian friend has shared this recipe with me. Originally this recipe belongs to Asian cuisine and in India it is called ‘Patrani macchi’. However I have made some changes in the ingredients to make it fit with diet pattern of a bodybuilder. Salmon is already a renowned source of protein and I am going to use coconut cream which is a good source of thermogenic fat. The recipe is really simple, and it taste so good. It is my pleasure to share this recipe with all my bodybuilder friends. Though I am going to steam the fish, but you can also bake it if you do not have a steamer.
