Ingredients
- 300 gram Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 3 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.5 tsp Salt, table
- 0.5 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Spices, paprika
- 0.5 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
Instructions
- Season the beef well and add in 1 egg.
- Let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Divide the beef into 2 equal parts, and roll on a board into a roll.
- Make a ring of it, and put in a pan with some oil.
