Deviled egg was the recipe that I relished most when I was a child. Even today as an aspiring bodybuilder I like to have deviled eggs in my breakfast. They are the most convenient way to add protein in my diet. Eggs are wonderful protein food. They become more worthy if yolk amount is reduced from them because egg yolk contains saturated fat and cholesterol. My Muscle Building Deviled Eggs contain the goodness of tuna and herbs. In fact you can use the filling according to your choice, be experimental with herbs and filling to make your personalized deviled eggs.
I have cut down on the yolk part and fill the egg whites with tuna and herb mixture. So my base recipe of deviled eggs is delicious and suitable for muscle building.
