Ingredients
- 1 piece Whole wheat Canapes
- 1 1/2 cup Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 1 cup, sliced Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 gram Tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
Instructions
- Cook the black beans until soft; you can also use any leftover boiled black beans for this recipe.
- Peel and chop the avocado and jalapeno for the salad.
- Take a big bowl and mix black beans, avocado, jalapeno, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- Arrange the canapes in a try and spoon the salad filling in the canapes.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
