Spinach Feta Pasta Salad [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 3
- Time: 20 minutes
We all know Popeye right, spinach is a great pre workout vegetable that will improve your performance (at least for me it works). The feta gives the salad a really nice taste and is, compared to other cheese, relatively low in fat. This one works really well to take on the road.
