Tuna Protein Shake [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 10 minutes
This in one protein shake I like to do quite often. You really don’t require a number of ingredients in making this shake that is so rich in protein and carbs. In fact, you don’t even need a powder! Well, personally, I like to have this drink in the morning. However, it is up to you should you decide to try it at your home.
It is easy to prepare this drink. First up, you need to collect all the ingredients. Then transfer them to a blender and blend until a smooth mixture is formed. VOILA! You are now ready to sip the drink!
