Ingredients
- 2 cup Quinoa, uncooked
- 680 gram Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 2 cup Salsa
- 1 gram Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Instructions
- Use 4 cups of water for boiling quinoa.
- Once the boiling point is reached, change the heating mode to medium-low
- Continue cooking quinoa until a small amount of water remains
- Remove quinoa from heat and keep it covered for about 10 minutes
- Now mix onion, salsa and chicken with quinoa
- Divide the mixture into 5 equal proportions and transfer them into separate bowls
