I tried this recipe this weekend and I must tell you that is extremely delicious and nutritious. I literally could not stop raving about it.
This cupcake makes use of simple ingredients like coffee or water and Scivation Whey Protein. You just need to blend these ingredients in a blender and then transfer them into individual cupcake covers. Then bake it to perfection. Voila! You will have the cupcakes ready to feast on.
The best part with these cupcakes is that it is flexible. You can top it up with just about anything. I personally prefer to top them with peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 4 scoop scivation whey
- 1 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Let the oven be preheated to 400 degrees F
- Take a mixing bowl. Put 4 scoops of Scivatiob Whey Protein (any flavor)
- Then add 7 oz coffee or water.
- Mix all the ingredients so that the mixture becomes smooth and no lumps are formed
- Then transfer these contents into a few silicone cupcakes or Reynolds foil baking cups
- Place these cups on a non-stick baking tray.
- Bake the cakes for at last 15 min. Then allow the cakes to cool down completely
