Ingredients
- 0.51 cup Quinoa, cooked
- 0.69 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, white, raw
- 0.51 cup Peas, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 0.99 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Add seasoning to quinoa and broth
- Bring to boil
- Set to low heat and add mushrooms and green peas, stir
- Cover and let sit for 15 min
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 min
- Fluff with fork and serve.
