Scrambled eggs can be a bit boring on your breakfast table. However, spice it up a bit and you will like it a lot. This is how I tried this dish for breakfast today. I must say, I liked it a lot.
The spicy scrambled eggs I prepared today are high on protein and is cheap. Just about anyone can make it and eat it too! And guess what – they are not boring at all!
Besides being tasty, this dish is wholesome. You can have it with toast. Since it is high on protein and low on fat count, it is a perfect dish for bodybuilders and weight trainers.

Ingredients
- 0.25 medium Onions, raw
- 4 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 50 gram Cottage Cheese
- 1 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
Instructions
- Take a non-stick cooking pan. Spray a small amount of olive oil over it
- Take a small mixing bowl. Add 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs into it
- Whisk until whole eggs and egg whites mix completely
- Then add 1 whole finely chopped red chili, 1 finely chopped clove garlic and ¼ finely chopped onion
- Add a pinch of herbs and 50g of cottage cheese. Mix all the ingredients completely
- Transfer the contents of mixing bowl on to a moderately heated frying pan
- In the meantime, place your toast inside a toaster
- Keep stirring to form scrambled eggs
- Once the scrambled eggs are ready place them on the toast
- Serve it hot on a large plate
