I have tried beef chop suey many times by now, and I must say that it tastes really good. It is a perfect dish to have for your dinner as it contains all the right ingredients in it. Furthermore, this dish helps you a lot in staying lean and getting a leaner muscle growth!

Ingredients
- 6 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2.5 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 2.5 strip Celery, raw
- 3 cup, shredded Cabbage, common (danish, domestic, and pointed types), stored, raw
- 1.5 cup Soybeans, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt
- 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, white, raw
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 470 gram Nuts, chestnuts, chinese, raw
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 0.5 cup Beef Broth or Bouillon (Canned)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, cider
Instructions
- Take a large frying pan. Add beef and the olive oil and cook until the beef turns brown
- While the beef is cooking, take another pan and add cabbage, 2 tbsp olive oil, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, celery, vinegar and soybean
- Cook until the mixture has softened considerably
- Then add cooked beef, beef stock and the soy sauce
- Continue cooking for a few more minutes
