- Servings: 1
- Time: 30 minutes
Have you ever given a thought of using beef for making muffins? I have tried it yesterday and I can’t tell you how good they are. They were delicious and healthy protein bites for me. I have made so many and store them in my fridge to get a quick high protein snack for all over the week. These small muffins are a complete solution for your after workout protein needs.
I have made them spicy by using some spices and pickles. i also put some chopped bell pepper and onions to give my muffins a nice texture. They turned out a very handy on the go type of food for me that can be packed with some salad. After sharing this recipe with you I am going to reheat them in microwave and enjoy my little spicy beef muffins.
