Grilled Tuna Burgers [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 4

Whoever said that burgers are unhealthy must think again. After all, not all burgers, especially grilled tuna burgers are unhealthy. Whilst these burgers are low on calories, they are high on protein and low on fat.
Have one of these burgers for your lunch and you will not feel the need to have anything else throughout the day. Also, the energy released through these burgers is high. It is enough to sustain all through the day.
I have always liked tunas for their wholesomeness. The presence of tunas, along with onions, carrots, egg whites, etc. is what makes these burgers special and healthy.
