Tuna is a super food for body builders as it is low fat, protein rich and low in carbohydrate. I have seen many weight lifters who eat tuna straight away from the can; they believe that they eat for the muscles not for the taste. But I simply believe that recipes made by tuna does not necessarily dull and boring. My super tuna delight is a kind of omelet which is easy to make and superb in taste. Look at the macros per ingredient for this recipe it’s really high in protein therefore it could be a cheaper substitute of whey protein.
So if you’re a kind of person who is avoiding tuna because of its fishy flavor then try my super tuna delight today and see how tasty it could be. But remember to restrict its intake to 12 ounce per week due to its mercury content.
