Ingredients
- 2.97 medium Bananas, raw
- 353.97 gram Oatmeal
- 3.96 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 5.04 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.99 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 0.99 tbsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.54 cup, chopped Nuts, walnuts, english
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients – oats, cinnamon, protein and walnuts
- Take another bowl and add egg whites, mash bananas and vanilla. Mix them together
- Now pour this mixture into the bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix well
- Transfer a scoop of this mixture on to a Pyrex dish. Bake it for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
