Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 1 cup chopped Carrots, raw
- 1 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 1 cup, diced Potatoes, white, flesh and skin, raw
- 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 cup SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
Instructions
- Put chicken, chopped vegetables, garlic, onion, red chili powder, olive oil and chicken soup in a slow cooker and filled it with water enough to cover all the ingredients.
- Cook on high heat for 6-7 minutes in the beginning and reduce the heat to low after that.
- Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on low heat.
- Add seasoning and fresh parsley and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with brown rice.
