I use only egg whites for making these bites because it is low in calorie and a cheap source of protein. It goes really well with ham slices. If you love cheese and your diet plan allow you to add little more calories then you can use cheese before baking these small muffins. They will become more desirable with cheese but of-curse calorie content will increase.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
- 1 fl oz Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Beat the egg whites with milk, salt and black pepper.
- Beat the egg really well, use blender for good result.
- Spray the muffin molds with olive oil.
- Place a slice of bacon at the bottom of each muffin mold and fill with egg mixture.
- Arrange the muffins mold in the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow them cool before serving.
