Salmon is certainly a good source of protein. It is also packed with omega -3 fatty acids that are good for heart and increase good cholesterol in the blood. I like to add this power packed ingredient in my diet plan but with different flavors. Here salmon is glazed with maple syrup marinate, and provide it a matchless sweet and sour taste that is too good to resist.
Maple glazed grill salmon is a treat for your taste and eyes. Serve this on a salad bed with brown rice or whole wheat bread to combine some complex carbs in your diet. It’s a complete meal package for a bodybuilder. What else you want grilled fish is always fun to eat.
