Ingredients
- 2 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.52 100g KELLOGG'S, Corn Flakes Crumbs
- 2 100g Whole Wheat Wraps
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
- 0.52 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 oz Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 4 tbsp Dressing, honey mustard, fat-free
Instructions
- Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk, then add pepper, salt, chili powder and paprika powder.
- Put the cornflakes in another bowl (make sure they are finely crumbled).
- Slice the chicken into small pieces.
- Piece by piece, dip the chicken in the eggmixture, then cover it in cornflakes and put in a medium hot pan.
- Make sure all the chicken pieces are golden brown on each side.
- Heat the wraps in the microwave, as described on the package.
- Put the lettuce and tomatoes on the wrap, add the chicken and cheese.
- Sprinkle the dressing on the wrap and roll it up.
