Ingredients
- 4 fillet Fish, trout, rainbow, farmed, raw
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.26 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 1 stalk, medium Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 0.5 cup Rice, brown, long-grain, raw
- 1 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.5 cup Cold water
- 0.5 cup drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 2 tsp Vegetable base
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Take a large cooking pot and add rice, soup base and water into it.
- Heat the above mixture until water starts boiling. Then allow it to simmer for 40 minutes whilst placing a lid over it
- Now set the oven temperature to 350 degree F
- Take a tinfoil and place the washed trout over it
- Sprinkle cheese and lemon over the trout. Then add pepper and roll the tinfoil
- Keep the trout in a tray and allow it to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Add broccoli pieces along with ΒΌ cup cold water and garlic into a cooking pot
- Heat until the water boils. Then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer
- Cover it for a few minutes. The lightly heat the corn
- Serve trout, rice, corn and broccoli hot
