This recipe is for cinnamon flavored beetroot protein pancake that is filled with blueberries. Beetroot and blueberries both are highly recommended for a bodybuilder. Lots of anti-oxidants and protein power is the USP of these pancakes. They are tasty and easy to make, have all anyone can desire for their breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 slice, chopped, cubed, whole Beet, Beetroot, Raw
- 1 unit Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 gram Sweetener, syrup, agave
Instructions
- Take a bowl to stir flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
- Blend together beet, 2 tablespoons of milk and agave nectar.
- Beat egg white in a big bowl; add beet mixture and dry ingredients.
- Mix well, to make a batter add milk if required, add blueberries.
- Heat a non stick pan on the heat and grease with olive oil.
- Pour a big tablespoonful of batter on the pan and spread to form a pancake.
- Cook from the both side until golden brown and crisp.
