Ingredients
- 1 large Green apple, raw fresh with skin
- 1 cup slices Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 1 stalk, large Celery, raw
- 1 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1 cup, sliced Fennel, bulb, raw
- 1 oz Nuts, walnuts, english
- 1 gram Lemons, raw, with peel
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Honey
Instructions
- Collect some lemon zest from the fresh peel of lemon and squeeze the juice.
- Cut green apple, fennel bulb, cucumber, celery and spring onion into matchsticks.
- Take a big salad bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Add walnuts, salt, black pepper, honey, lemon jest and juice.
- Give a nice toss to the salad.
- Crunchy salad is ready, serve it fresh.
