Ingredients
- 170 gram Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 medium Bananas, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 piece Ice cubes
Instructions
- Chop half the banana and mix it with rest of the ingredients (6 ounces of skim milk, 1/3 cup ice, 1 tsp vanilla extract) and transfer the contents into a blender. Blend until a thick mixture is formed
- Pour the shake into a tall glass
- Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon on top of the shake for added flavor
- Serve chilled
