I really love making this recipe for lunch. If you are looking forward to experiencing ‘bellygasm’ then this is the food you need to try sooner than later. What is really good with these rolls is that they are easy and quick to make. In fact, would be believe that it only takes a few minutes to prepare this dish?
However, if you are not a big fan of shrimp, then you may consider using other items like tilapia or chicken. Guacamole powder also can be produced by you.
On a lazy weekend afternoon I try out these Rolls as they are absolute fun!

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole Mushrooms, enoki, raw
- 2 sheet Rice Paper
- 85 gram Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, cooked
- 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, raw
- 2 tbsp guacamole
Instructions
- Take a wet rice paper and place it on a plate
- Then place half the shrimp, half the broccoli slaw, 1 tbsp guacamole and the Enoki mushrooms on the rice paper
- Wrap the guacamole, shrimp, broccoli slaw and mushrooms with rice paper
- Keep repeating the above steps to come up with second roll
- Serve hot
