Turkey And Brown Rice Casserole [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 30 minutes
This is my hot favorite recipe for thanksgiving. This is high in protein due to turkey meat and stuffed with complex carbs due to brown rice. This is a one pot casserole recipe for a bodybuilder to fulfill their needs of protein and carbs at the same time. Try your hands on this recipe not only on thanksgiving but any day because it is full of nutrition.
Add as much veggies and mushroom in this recipe as you want. This is extremely experimental kind of recipe. Use any left over chicken or meat instead of turkey and follow the same format for making the casserole, the final out come will not let you down as far as taste is concern. Originally this recipe needs lot of cheese but I go slow on cheese to make it less in calorie.
