This is a timeless snack for me. I have always enjoying making this snack as it is packed with lots of energy and flavor. If you have quite a few ripe bananas and don’t know what to do with them, then banana bread is option you can definitely try.
In addition to being extremely tasty, this banana bread is nutritious and your body will definitely benefit from having them. It also requires very little time to prepare this snack and that it can be had anytime during the day!
Though I have tried out several banana based dishes in the past, this one remains my personal favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 medium Bananas, raw
- 2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 0.5 cup Oats
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 10 gram Nuts, cashew nuts, raw
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 325 degree F
- Mash the bananas. Add milk and the eggs and whish until you get a consistent mixture
- Add rest of the dry ingredients into the above mixture until a batter-like consistency is achieved
- Lightly spray up the pan you are using and transfer the batter into it
- Bake the bread for at least 40 minutes.
- Serve hot
