Ingredients
- 285 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 gram Nuts, walnuts, english
- 1 gram Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.5 tbsp Spices, allspice, ground
- 0.5 cup Granola
- 0.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
- 1 scoop ISO LeanPro Vanilla Protein
Instructions
- Add pumpkin, Greek yogurt, spices and vanilla extract into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients until a consistent mixture is obtained
- Once the desired mixture is obtained, top it with granola. You can also top it with your favorite seeds or nuts.
