Bodybuilder's Shepherd Pie [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 40 minutes
Here is another fabulous recipe that is filled with lean protein and healthy complex carbohydrate. I love the classic version of shepherded pie from my childhood very much but now as a trainer I need to reconsider its ingredients (my trainer would go mad if I eat up the original shepherd pie). I have modified the recipe to accommodate my dietary needs as a body builder. This version of shepherd pie is low in fat & calorie and high in protein and complex carbs.
My shepherd pie recipe is made up with sweet potatoes and ground beef. I skip the cheese but it’s not going to make much difference as the pie will still taste so good. I find it very simple to make this recipe and you should also try this as it is extremely easy to make it.
