I simply love making and having glazed pork chops for dinner. This dish is simple to make and is packed with all the nutrition you need. Therefore, if you wish to have loads of energy and build muscle then I will highly recommend this dish for you.

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Rice, white, medium-grain, raw, unenriched
- 3 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
- 1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 4 gram Mrs.Dash Onion & Herb Flavor
- 0.5 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 8 small Carrots, raw
- 0.5 leaves Basil, fresh
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- First, pre heat the oven
- Then take an oven safe dish and place chops over it and keep it inside the oven
- Until the meat turns white in color broil it
- In the meantime cook rice
- Take a medium pot and mix ΒΌ cup water, spice and carrots in it and set it aside
- Flip over the chops in the oven and allow them to cook. Then reduce the heat in the oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix basil, cinnamon, brown sugar and mustard
- Then remove chops from the oven and mix them with the mustard mixture
- Again place the chops in the oven and set a low temperature
- After boiling all the vegetables, allow them to simmer
- After chops are done, serve them with vegetables and rice
