Ingredients
- 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 2 medium Bananas, raw
- 3 fruit Kiwifruit, gold, raw
- 4 piece Ice cubes
- 0.24 tsp Almond Extract
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
Instructions
- Add kiwi fruit, almond extract, honey and yogurt in a blender and blend until all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly
- Pour the mixture into a glass containing some ice and serve immediately
