Ingredients
- 2 oz HOUSE FOODS Premium Firm Tofu
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
- 10 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Cut the tofu in long pieces (finger-like shapes)
- To prepare the baking dish, grease it with olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C
- Create a marinade by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper
- Dip the tofu fingers in the marinade and cover from all sides
- Then coat with bread crumbs from all sides
- Place the tofu fingers on the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy
- Remove from the oven and enjoy
- Tip: chili dip!
