Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Granola
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 cup, thawed Strawberries, frozen, sweetened, sliced
- 1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Take a medium sized dish and put yogurt in it.
- Then add protein powder and granola
- Mix all the ingredients well along with brown sugar
- Top up the mixture with strawberries and serve
