Ingredients
- 226.02 gram Flat Lasagna Pasta uncooked
- 1.02 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1.02 medium Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
- 0.24 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 0.24 cup Milk, buttermilk, fluid, whole
- 1.98 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 60 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 225 gram Chicken breast, low fat
- 0.48 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1.02 cup Peas, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Instructions
- First cook pasta according to the directions given on the package
- Once pasta is cooked, rinse it with cold water
- Then add chicken breast, red pepper, peas, tomatoes and chopped zucchini. Then combine with yogurt and buttermilk.
- Then sprinkle over the salad.
