Most dishes that contain shrimps as a major ingredient are easy and quick to make. Lemon ginger shrimp is no different. This dish is extremely healthy and tastes good too. Those who are into heavy exercises will certainly like this dish as it is low on calories and fat but high in protein count.
This dish makes for an excellent start for any hearty dinner meal. I personally love shrimps a lot and love trying out various dishes involving them. The lemon and ginger flavor that come out strongly through this dish compliments the well cooked shrimps. And when you have it with side dishes like pasta it gets a new and interesting dimension.
