	Ingredients
	
		- 1 large   Bananas, raw
 - 2 100g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
 - 0.54 unit  Gold Standard Banana Whey
 	
	
	Instructions
	
		- Blend or mix the ingredients together, don't use a spoon because the mixture should be creamy
 - Put the mixture in a container and place in the freezer
 - After an hour take it out of the freezer and give it a stir
 - Repeat step 3 a couple of times until you are satisfied with the result (2 more times or so)
 - Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for an extra touch
