There is no better way to start your mornings than to have a chilled Mango strawberry buttermilk smoothie. This low calorie smoothie is the perfect drink to have if you are looking to have quick burst of energy. In fact, a single glass of this smoothie is all you need to keep yourself going for the rest of the day.
I make this smoothie quite regularly and enjoy it each time. I recommend this drink to all those who exercise regularly and who are into bodybuilding.
I normally keep ripe and peeled bananas in the freezer all the time just to make these kinds of smoothie whenever I feel like having them. I absolutely love this smoothie.
