Ingredients
- 450 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 280 gram Spinach, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 1.04 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.24 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 15.04 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 0.24 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.04 oz Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
Instructions
- Take a colander and place the wilted spinach in it to remove excess water
- Then chop the spinach and transfer it into a medium bowl
- Then add cream cheese and yogurt and stir until a smooth mixture is formed
- Add spinach to the above mixture and stir again with remaining ingredients.
