One of the easiest way to add Greek yogurt into you diet is to make smoothies by using them. Greek yogurt is rich in protein antioxidants and good fat. You can also add any fruit to this smoothie to make it more nutritious. Here I am going to add banana into my smoothies because it is recommended for after workout smoothies and blends well with Greek yogurt. Banana also enhance the natural sweetness of Greek yogurt you have no need to add any sweetener into this smoothie. This smoothie is also good for digestion as Greek yogurt is rich in probiotic digestive bacteria. So make this smoothie and enjoy a creamy drink after your workout.
