Caesar Salad For Bodybuilders [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 15 minutes
My love to American cooking inspires me to invent this version of Caesar salad that perfectly fit for bodybuilders. I reduce the amount of cheese used originally in this recipe. I also add hard boil eggs for increasing the protein amount in the salad. Rest of the ingredients will remain the same so it is difficult to guess the difference between the original recipe and this low fat version of Caesar salad preparation. The crispiness and freshness of this salad makes it a wonderful treat for a bodybuilder. I must say that it is the king of salads, prepare this Caesar salad as a side dish with your meal and enjoy each bite of it. The salad dressing and croutons can be prepared beforehand, use them while assembling the salad to save time.
