Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Broccoli, raw
- 1 steak Beef, loin, top sirloin cap steak, boneless, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select, raw
- 1 cup Beef Broth or Bouillon (Canned)
- 1 cup chopped Carrots, raw
- 1 medium Onions, raw
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 1 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and spray little olive oil.
- Sauté chopped vegetables while stirring until soft and crisp.
- When the vegetables are done remove from the heat and keep aside.
- In the same pan add beef strips with little oil to saute.
- Add broth and cook the beef until done.
- Add flour, one teaspoon of water and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
- Add into the beef and stir constantly, cook until the sauce become thick.
- Add the broccoli and vegetables into the beef sauce mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Broccoli and beef stir fry is ready to serve.
